- Misty Haven & Rahim Ali beat Portia Perez & Frank “The Beast” Bradley in a mixed tag team match
- Damian Styles beats Stephan Walker
- “MVP” Michael Von Payton beats Dave Titan to become the #1 contender
- Drake Styles appeared to have lost the RWE title to Quinson Valentino due to outside interference but the back up referee came to ringside and informed Benjamin Maxwell what happened. Maxwell restarted the match and banned anyone from ringside just in time for Drake styles to beat Quinson Valentino allowing him to retain his RWE Championship.

RWE – Twice The Mayhem : October 7th, 2006 Carleton Place, Ontario
- Dave Titan beat Mr. Know It All
- Matt Burns beat Jaguar
- Frank “The Beast” Bradley beat “Unreal” Michael Elgin & Player Uno in a 3 way match
- Cherry Bomb beat Misty Haven after outside interference from Rahim Ali & Portia Perez
- Tray Hugh Mongous beat Ryan Rush & Zack Storm in a handicap match. Rush turned on Storm after Storm unintentionally hit Rush on more than one occasion.
- “Prince of Persia” Rahim Ali beat Sexxy Eddy with MVP’s assistance
- Drake Styles retained the RWE Championship by beating “MVP” Michael Von Payton who was given some outside help from Misty, MR. KIA & Rahim Ali at different points of the match.

- Prince of Persia Rahim ali beat Dan Paysan with some assistance from Misty Haven
- Drake Styles beat Pierre Khoury via DQ when Khoury hit Styles with a pipe. After the match, Khoury continued his assult on Drake until Damian arrived to make the save.
- Frank The Beast Bradley beat Jimmy Stone
- Xtremo beat Sebastien Sauve & Impact Eddie Osbourne w/ Jesse Jones in a 3 way dance by pinning Sauve.
- Misty Haven won her match against Danyah when Danyah failed to appear.
-Quinson Valentino became RWE Champion for the second time when he pinned MVP Michael Von Payton with some outside help from Rahim Ali & Misty Haven.

- Ryan Rush defeated Dave Titan. Titan was injured throughout the match, and had to be helped backstage afterwards
- MVP defeated the debuting Justin White.
- In a non-title match, Dru Onyx defeated Drake Styles with an assist from the ropes for leverage.
